Membership Adjustments- Our Policy

 Freezing is the most cost effective way to put your membership on hold. By freezing your membership your current price is guaranteed to stay the same, and you will not have to pay an activation fee again.

If you decide to cancel your monthly membership, then Envy will discontinue the draft on the first of every month. By cancelling your account, it will cease the ability to tan freely within that package. By cancelling, you will also lose your product discounts and your price lock guarantee. Cancelling your account DOES NOT mean you cannot tan still. However, you will have to pay full price for a single session or purchase another membership. If you decide to purchase another membership you will have to pay an activation fee again. Envy Island Tan will not credit activation fees from previous package purchases.
